Changes in Rabobank’s Account Terms and Conditions

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for being our loyal customer in PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia (“Rabobank”) and trusting us as your banking partner.
We would like to inform you for some changes in Rabobank’s Account Terms and Conditions that will be effective on April 1, 2019, as follows:

1. Rabobank’s saving account can only be used for banking transactions other than business activities. Therefore, we encourage you to open Rabobank’s current account for your business activities.

2. Account Holder (saving account, current account, time deposit) or which the name stated in the account, must have a valid identity card e.g. e-KTP (electronic citizen ID card).

3. Rabobank’s current account which used for transaction activities with a business entity’s name, is obliged to fulfill document requirements under its business entity’s name.

Hence, we encourage you to use your saving or current account in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions that can be fully accessed in Rabobank’s website (www.rabobank.co.id). For further information, please call Rabo Access Center at 1500080.
