Warranty Period and Administration Fee of Rabo Online Business Token

Rabobank is committed to continuously improve Rabo Online Business service to make your business transactions easier.

 

Inline with the commitment, we would like to inform regarding the implementation of warranty period and changes to administration fee of Rabo Online Business token which will be effective from December 1, 2018 as follows:

  1. Warranty Period of Rabo Online Business Token

    Rabobank implements warranty period of Rabo Online Business token for 45 (forty five) calendar days from the time the application for registration/replacement of tokens has been processed by the bank.

    If the token is damaged that is not caused by the customer or the token battery runs out within the warranty period, the token can be redeemed back to the bank at no fee.

    If the token displays one of the following views, then token battery is indicated to run out soon and must be redeemed back to the bank:

Note:

A battery that is depleted (runs out of batter) or damaged must be returned to the bank. If the token cannot be returned to the Bank, the administration fee for the token replacement for the damaged token category will be applied.
